Out of a seven-day week, he spent eight days at Pasteur Street, a craft brewery inspired by major Vietnamese fruits like dragon fruit and passion fruit: the food there was also light and suited his taste. In addition, Heart of Darkness, East West, and 7 Bridges were choices he highly valued

Occasionally he also stopped by Marou to enjoy the world’s best chocolate. It is no exaggeration to say that Vietnam has the necessary and sufficient conditions to produce premium foodstuffs. He loves things with aroma and taste. Furthermore, behind every brand are interesting stories written in Vietnam, completed with the significant contributions of Vietnamese people

Now, he temporarily sets aside his former flamboyant lifestyle. In the afternoon, at 4:20pm, after a tiring day of work, he rewards himself with a walk along the embankment and a 13k Stone-Grilled Sausage from Mrs. Tien. Every time he arrives, without a word, Mrs. Tien hands him a sausage: a habit formed over a decade. His life is plain and highly predictable

The sausage is neither too big nor too long, fitting the mouth perfectly. Although one could cram the whole sausage inside, he advises young girls not to do so, nor to suck on it greedily. Because the sausage is very hot and spicy, and it is not ice cream. Girls should only take small bites: both showing good breeding and fully tasting its flavor.
