Looking back at the previous three periods, they align perfectly with the formation and development of Vietnam:

• Period 8 (2004 to 2023) was the Earth era, a time when real estate reigned supreme

From Period 9 (2024 to 2043), Southern Vietnam, especially Saigon, will be the land receiving the new power of the universe
